Crushing and recycling facility for concrete, asphalt, and stone, established November 2013 when AF Decom acquired Skedsmo Anleggsservice. Materials are crushed for reuse in construction projects. In 2019, Fet kommune approved a zoning plan for a 500,000 tonnes/year deponi without proper neighbor notification. Lillestrøm kommune unanimously cancelled the plan in April 2021 due to serious procedural errors. AF Decom appealed but was rejected by Statsforvalteren in 2023. The site is an ecologically rich ravine with numerous red-listed species (A/B-ravine classification). Currently operates as crushing/recycling only - no deponi permit.

Established in 1990, Røyken Grovfyllplass AS is a regional landfill for ordinary waste located in Asker (formerly Røyken). The landfill is owned and managed by the construction company FFF HAGE OG MILJO AS. Despite a permit allowing operations until 2050, the facility has faced persistent local opposition and regulatory fines due to odor complaints and inadequate leachate (contaminated water) treatment. Recent 2021 and 2023 inspections confirmed ongoing non-compliance regarding emissions into the local stream, Smedmyrbekken.

Originally established as Høland Betong & Pukkverk AS in 1989, this facility was later acquired and rebranded by the expansive construction materials group Mr. Pukk AS. Located in Fosser, adjacent to the Helgerud Inert Landfill, the site operates as both a quarry and a recycling terminal for concrete and asphalt. While authorized to process construction waste under a 2017 permit, the facility has faced regulatory scrutiny. A May 2024 inspection by Statsforvalteren revealed significant non-compliance, specifically a total lack of monitoring for water discharges (runoff) and inadequate handling of hazardous waste, resulting in a fine and orders to rectify operations immediately.

Regional waste hub established in 1989 (landfill) and upgraded in 2014 with a world-class automated sorting plant (green bag system). Manages waste for ~200,000 residents. Neighbors have historically filed complaints regarding odor from the biological treatment areas. In 2021, a complex horizontal drilling project was conducted through the active landfill to resolve critical leachate and gas extraction failures. The landfill is nearing capacity (~800,000 m³ remaining as of 2021), prompting ongoing expansion studies (e.g., Felt BRE4, 2024) which face scrutiny over visual impact and emissions to Leira/Nitelva.

Site of the fatal 'Sørum Landslide' (Sørum-skredet) on Nov 10, 2016. The facility was filling a ravine to upgrade FV120 when overloading triggered a massive quick clay slide. Three workers were killed. Police investigation confirmed the slide was human-triggered by the filling work. The site is permanently closed for commercial intake.

Inert landfill in the Heksebergfjellet quarry, now in the final closure phase. Operated by Veidekke to restore the quarry pit. A 2019 inspection revealed 4 significant non-compliances, including unauthorized acceptance of reinforced concrete and a total lack of control over leachate discharge and water balance. The closure plan (approved 2021) requires covering the site with 0.6m of agricultural soil.
